BOOK EMBODIMENT COACHING SESSION HERE

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping):     Meet yourself with unconditional love and radical self acceptance as you explore embodied patterns and introduce updates to stifling, old protection mechanisms via nervous system care, inner child work, yoga, meditation and more.

     Sessions begin with relaxed conversation to determine what the best use of our time would be. Often times we begin with deep breathing, somatic centering, EFT Tapping or just plain talking. Sessions unfold organically from there and tend to be different every time.

     You will learn the art and science of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), an evidence based stress reduction method that can be applied on anything that elicits a challenging emotional response. This will swiftly become a tool that you can use on your own as needed. Clinical trials have shown that EFT Tapping is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger distress. Once the distress is reduced, removed, and re-framed within a context self acceptance, the body can often rebalance itself and heal. EFT uses elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy, combined with Acupressure, in the form of fingertip tapping on 12 stress-reduction meridian points. EFT affects foundational change at the emotional root of imbalances by positively impacting the plasticity of the nervous system and the bio-chemical processes of the amygdala, alongside aiding the chi flow through the meridians. It is highly effective for people held back by shame, harsh inner critic, people pleasing tendencies, perfectionism, heightened sensitivity, anxiety and/or overwhelm. These methods have brought profound, transformative healing to a wide variety of populations because it can be used on anything from minor disturbances to deeply embedded traumas, with a remarkably high success rate. EFT Research continues to demonstrate successes in addressing:

     + Psychological conditions such as PTSD, phobias, depression, anxiety, emotional eating, eating disorders, co-dependency, self-worth issues, addictions

     + Physiological problems such as pain and autoimmune conditions

     + Performance in sports, business, and academic pursuits.

Session concludes with a short guided meditation for embodied integration.

ENERGY HEALING

Welcome to our beautiful Venusian temple where your heart will be held and your nervous system deeply comforted. These 1:1 sessions take place on the BioMat and are designed to hold you so your body can settle into a parasympathetic state, enabling homeostasis and healing. Chakras are coaxed into gentle opening and harmony through light touch, sound healing and/or chakra toning.

PRIVATE YOGA

    Your session takes place in the beautiful Yin Lounge or virtually and will be tailored to support your healing goals.

NIDRA

In the practice of Nidra we work with the powerful tool of our awareness by dancing our attention through the various layers of our being all while laying down comfortably in Savasana. We do this in a systematic way to:

 

  • heal reactive tendencies

  • integrate the full spectrum of ourselves

  • and unlock thresholds leading to bliss

 

Nidra offers a gentle labyrinthine route to the unshakeable peace within, while modulating the nervous system and building resilience along the way. Though it is extremely restful and you are stepping down your brainwaves to a sleep-like state, you remain awake, consciousness intact, throughout the process. This teaches you tools to deescalate a heightened stress response (when our survival brain sends us into fight/flight/fawn/freeze/dissociate) making this both a nurturing and empowering practice.

 

Through practicing Yoga Nidra we deeply relax while healing our conditioning. It naturally imprints within us how to hold the extremes of this dualistic world we are living in.

BioMat — How It Works

The BioMat is a therapeutic device that combines far infrared (FIR) heat, negative ion generation, and amethyst & tourmeline crystals to support relaxation and overall well-being.

Far Infrared Heat (FIR)

The BioMat uses far infrared wavelengths, which are part of the natural light spectrum. Unlike traditional heating pads that warm the surface of the skin, FIR heat is absorbed more deeply into the body.

Research on far infrared therapy suggests it may:

  • increase local circulation

  • support muscle relaxation

  • promote a gentle rise in tissue temperature

  • assist the body’s natural recovery processes

Negative Ions
